I have been buying from Verseo for about a year now. The product that I purchase on a regular basis does what it says it will do. I find the website easy to use and the delivery extremely prompt. I especially like the specials they have from time to time.

I didn't really need any customer service as my transaction went smoothly! The price was fair, not great, but as far as availability this was the only vendor carrying what I needed! I found several other online stores claiming to sell the replacement gel pads for the e-pen electrolysis system, but they were ALL back ordered.

Excellent!!! I had a very good experience, 1 of the products i ordered was not readily available and they sent me an email to let me know and gave me options. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and the product that I purchased and the price. Wish they had free shipping I would shop more.

This was my first time ordering with verseo.com. However my experience was delightful. I'm very happy with my product and amazed with the radip delivery from the U.S. to Korea.

Price was very good. Cheaper than other places. Product description very good. The only problem was that wasn't easy to find the information about the gel that u should purchase with the e-glide. If it was clearer I would buy more. The delivery was on time and the customer service was very fast in responding my requests.

Verseo products work, and this is why I am a loyal customer. They actually have a name I trust, because they put their money where their mouth is. I have no complaints about the quality of their products. But, I hate when the online transactions post twice on my account, when ordering online. I did make them aware of it. The second charge always drops off, but I don't want it to happen at all. Overall, I am satisfied doing business with this merchant, and will continue to support them, as long as they keep producing products that work. I wish they were cheaper though, and take sulfate completely out of their shampoo.
