3. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. If you are unhappy - for any reason, simply send us back whatever you purchased for a refund, less shipping. All we ask is that the item being returned is in the same condition as when you received it.

Verseo has been in business since 1998. We are certified by the Better Business Bureau and highly rated by Yahoo! for our customer service. We are a family run company and our offices are located on Madison Avenue in New York City.
6. How are your shipping rates determined?
We do not make money on shipping. Our shipping rates are based upon the actual cost to ship an item to your address. Rates fluctuate based upon weight, shipping method and location.
7. Do you have any shipping restrictions?
We ship to 90% of the countries in the world, as well as to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses and Puerto Rico.
8. When will my order ship?
Typically orders ship within 24 hours.
9. Can I pay by check or money order?
